I’ve been in real estate and real estate related fields since 1980.
For 15 years I was vice-president of a mortgage lending institution, moving from that company to real estate sales, where I worked with the MacPherson family-owned real estate company in the Seattle area.
Additionally, I was a partner in a small house remodeling firm and, at the same time, co-hosted a weekly audience participation radio show in Seattle, “MacPherson on Real Estate.”
If you’re going to spend as many years as I have in an industry, you’ve GOTTA love it!
It would be my great pleasure to show you the delights of living here in one of our lovely communities and to help you to find the property that’s right for you!
I bought a little beach house on the Long Beach Peninsula in 1994 and have so loved the beach that I decided to make it my permanent home. Beach living, for so many of us, means getting involved with the community and I’ve done that too.
I’ve been very involved with Long Beach’s newest festival, the Doggie Olympic Games, since its inception and I invite you and your dog(s) to come to Long Beach in the latter part of June each year to participate in, or just watch, this hilarious and wildly fun event.
I look forward to meeting you!
